Oreo Cookie Bundt Cake or New Neighbor Cake

 Oreo Cookie Bundt Cake or New Neighbor Cake  12 servings

Cake 12 oreo cookies, coarsely chopped 1 white cake mix 3/4 cup water 1/2 cup sour cream 3 egg whites 2 TBL vegetable oil
icing 6 oreo cookies, coarsely chopped 1/2 tub of chocolate or vanilla frosting Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Spray bundt cake pan with nonstick cooking spray.  Coarsely chop 12 oreos, set aside.  Combine cake mix, water, sour cream, eggg whites, and oil.  Beat with electric mixer on med speed for 2 minutes.  Pour 1/3 of mix in the pan. (about 1 inch all the way around pan) 

Sprinkle the cookies over mix in pan.  

Spoon remaining batter over cookies.  

Bake for 40 to 50 minutes  or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.  Cool in pan for 10 minutes.  Then loosen sides with butter knife and invert cake on cooling rack.  Remove pan.  Cool completely.

Coarsely chop 6 oreos.  Heat 1/2 tube of  chocolate frosting for 20 seconds.  Stir.  Should be the consistency of pudding.  If it is liquid let cool until firmer. Spread over top of cake.

 Then press oreos on top of frosting. 

 Let cool then serve.
