Cinnamon Rolls

Remove the rolls from the refrigerator and place in an oven that is turned off. Fill a shallow pan 2/3-full of boiling water and set on the rack below the rolls. Close the oven door and let the rolls rise until they look slightly puffy; approximately 30 minutes. Remove the rolls and the shallow pan of water from the oven.

Bacon Cheese Potato Casserole

12 servings
3 cups mashed potatoes, recipe follows
3/4 cup sour cream
House Seasoning, recipe follows
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small bell pepper, finely chopped
4 tablespoons butter
2 cups grated Cheddar
5 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced
8 slices bacon, cooked crisp
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
*Leftover mashed potatoes work wonderfully in this recipe.
** You can use the following mashed potato recipe or one of you own.
1 cup salt
1/4 cup black pepper
1/4 cup garlic powder
Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.

Milk Chocolate Fudge

3 cups sugar
¾ cup butter or margarine
1 small can (5 oz.) evaporated milk (about
2/3 cup) (Do not use sweetened condensed milk.)
1 pkg. (12 oz. each) milk chocolate chips
1 jar (7 oz.) Marshmallow Creme
1 cup chopped Walnuts, optional
1 tsp. vanilla
LINE 9-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over
sides. Bring sugar, butter and evaporated milk to full rolling boil in 3-qt.
saucepan on medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook 5 min. or until candy thermometer reaches 234°F, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
ADD chocolate and marshmallow creme; stir until melted. Add nuts and
vanilla; mix well.
POUR into prepared pan; spread to
cover bottom of pan. Cool completely. Use foil handles to lift fudge from pan
before cutting into squares.
Peanut Butter Fudge

jar (7 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme

*Easy treat to give out for christmas! I usualy give milk chocolate fudge with it.
